We have set the date for our annual Friends of NRA banquet on Maui. Please join us on Saturday, March 2, 2013 for a wonderful dinner and live and silent auctions to benefit the NRA.
The dinner is from 5 - 10 p.m. at the King Kamehameha Golf Club in Waikapu. Individual tickets are $55 and tables of 10 can also be purchased as well as specially designed sponsor or advertising packages.
Tickets may only be purchased through Central Guns and Ammo in Kahului. Please stop by the store after January 1st.
As always the proceeds from the event help to support local shooting sports in Hawaii. For example each year we buy equipment or help fund travel to statewide events for the high school air rifle teams, Boy Scouts have equipment needs and are improving their range at Camp Maluhia. This year we would like to focus on grants for the public range at Ukumehame to improve the facilities and hold educational events.
